Service Description
Before the initial session, the trainer takes inventory of client exercise space, equipment, and tools to prescribe exercises accordingly moving forward. Recommendation of equipment is available at client request. Online coaching is a great option for those who have limited onsite or time availability, or for those who prefer independent fitness but would like the benefit of professional, individualized guidance & planning. Coaching is scheduled weekly or biweekly, however, other intervals can be discussed. Sessions typically address questions and issues which arise between sessions, current progress/ milestones are discussed, and goals are reassessed as necessary. The trainer then designs a new set of appropriate exercises to support client health and fitness as it evolves. Occasional 1-hour onsite appointments may be necessary to test and treat muscular structures between coaching sessions. Frequency of onsite sessions is determined by trainer and client, and based on client progression and tandem availability. Clients are also welcomed to communicate via email/video/text if availability/scheduling remote coaching is an issue.
