Service Description
Before the initial session, the trainer takes inventory of client exercise space, equipment, and tools to prescribe exercises accordingly moving forward. Recommendation of equipment is available at client request. Online personal training sessions include a brief check-in to discuss any physical changes/observations the client has made since the last session, followed by implementation of exercises that the trainer determines appropriate given the client's medical/health history, check-in status, and fitness goals. As exercises are performed via Zoom, the trainer analyzes and adjusts form to ensure optimal muscle contraction and that structures are properly supported. Goals are regularly revisited as milestones are reached. As well, periodic onsite appointments may be necessary to test and treat muscles between coaching sessions. Frequency of onsite appointments is determined by both trainer and client based on client progression and tandem availability.
