Comprehensive preliminary client history and goals are discussed prior to treatment and training. As well, it remains an ongoing dialogue throughout our professional relationship to ensure that trainer and client objectives are always aligned.
Muscular imbalances are assessed and treated at every session. This enables our trainers to prescribe exercise that is appropriate. Emotional and mental stressors are also taken into consideration to help prioritize the health and safety of our clients.
After evaluation, an exercise regimen is prescribed to rebuild function incrementally so tissues have the opportunity to tolerate more force gradually as muscle strength increases.
When areas of weakness are addressed and progressed appropriately, our clients can enjoy more activities, expand capabilities, and become more functional in everyday life. This is the type of positive difference that we strive to affect every day.

Brian Gary and MAT have changed my life. After a brief review of my physical state, we launch into a combination of focused, resistance work and various muscle group testing. I had a tear in my left hip labrum. The tear made normal life almost impossible. I could stand only five minutes without pain and riding a bicycle was out of the question. Only laying down brought relief from pain. When I started training with Brian Gary, I could feel improvement with my hip just after couple of sessions. That excruciating pain that I had been living with for months became less and less, until after only four weeks, it was totally gone.
